Hunter hits his Mark once again

 AAP

Mark Hunter made it four profitable Saturdays on-the-bounce last Saturday.

He got punters off to an absolute flyer at Caulfield, bagging the winner of the first paying $7.80.

If you followed Hunter's staking plan and comments, the news got even better.

That's because one of his winners was a horse that he suggested a "high" stake bet for.

That's the benefit of his staking plan which is exclusive to theGreatTipOff, as he indicates to punters his confidence level in each race.

Perhaps even more valuable then knowing the races he's having a crack in is being alerted to the races which he opts to sit out and watch.

This indicates that he believes that there are either too many winning chances in the race, or he doesn't see any value in the market.

If you'd followed his staking plan over the past four Saturday's, you would have averaged a tidy 79% POT.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more in form analyst ahead of on the biggest day's of the Melbourne carnival, Caulfield Cup Day.

Get you hands on Hunter's Saturday premium racing package including his staking plan for this weekend here.

Or, for a recap of his results last week, read on.

Mark Hunter's horse racing tips review at Caulfield 12th October 2019:

Race 1: #1 Rock Of Kryptonite (Medium) and #2 Tanker (Medium)

It was the perfect start to Guineas Day with Hunter bagging the winner in the Debutant Stakes.

With no form to go on, Hunter still predicted that Tanker would get back and be very strong late on.

This is exactly what transpired, with Tanker coming with a dominant run down the centre of the track to win by a couple of lengths.

He paid a meaty $7.80.

Race 2: #2 Renewal (High)

In Race 2, it wasn't quite the result Hunter's followers were after.

Renewal sat just off the lead, and loomed coming around the home turn.

He just didn't have enough room to real in Rox The Castle though.

Renewal finished 3rd.

Race 4: #1 Manicure (Medium) and #4 Embrace Me (Low)

More bad luck here, with Manicure being upset by roughie Tofane.

Manicure had a tough run from a wide gate, but still surged to the front and looked set to claim the win.

But Tofane came with a big run late to spoil the party.

Manicure came second.

Race 5: #4 Glory Days (Low) and #5 Haky (Low)

In the Herbert Power, Hunter went with two roughies.

This tactic didn't work out in this race, with both finishing back in the field.

Race 8: #7 Subedar (Low)

Here, Hunter suggested a small each-way play for the Godolphin runner Subedar.

Yet more bad luck, with Subedar coming with a flashing run down the outside to finish 4th.

Race 9: #5 Night's Watch (Medium) and #6 Sikandarabad (Medium)

Doesn't Hunter know how to tip a placing!

Night's Watch was very stiff, and just didn't get the split soon enough to run down Fierce Impact.

He finished 2nd, and paid a handy $2 for the place.

Race 10: #2 Trekking (High)

He left it late, but Hunter got his followers into the black with a good winner in the "Get Out Stakes."

Trekking had too much toe in the final furlong, and zipped along the inside to get the chocolates.

He paid $3.70, which is a great price with the high stake.
