Mark Hunter's big day out at Flemington
Mark Hunter's horse racing tips review at Flemington 18th November 2020:
Race 1: #6 Personal (High- Best Bet)
There was no thought of Hunter easing his way into the day's proceedings.
He confidently selected Personal as his best bet of the day, and accordingly suggested a high-stake bet.
Craig Williams romped home on this talented filly, to get the day off to the perfect start.
Personal paid a handy $4.50.
Race 2: #4 Great Duchess (Low) and #6 Red Heeler (Medium)
Things got even better in race two, after Hunter was able to steer his followers into another winner.
Red Heeler was just too good for them.
The market got this one spot on, with Red Heeler starting as the $2.60 fav.
Race 3: #2 Alabama Express (Medium) and #4 Banquo (Medium)
Hold the phone because Hunter made it three from three.
Both of his tips here were resuming after a spell, in a race where most punters were hesitant to bet with much confidence.
But Alabama Express repaid Hunter's faith, announcing himself as one to watch in the Autumn.
The colt stormed away to win by a margin, paying $3.90 for the win.
Race 4: #1 Blossom On Snow (Medium) and #3 Viscosity (Medium)
Just when you thought it couldn't get much better, Hunter delivered his best tip of the day.
Viscosity made a sustained run to get to the front and go on with it.
This gelding paid a juicy $9.90, sending Hunter's followers into raptures.
Race 6: #5 Never Again (Low) and #13 Vongole (Medium)
Hunter's luck had to turn at some stage and unfortunately for punters, it came here.
Never Again looked set to claim the win before being swamped late by Reflectivity.
And at $9.50 for the win, Never Again would've ensured a monster profit for Hunter.
Race 9: #4 Skelm (Medium) and #16 Black Beau Tie (Low)
It was another placing to round out the day for Hunter.
Skelm came with an almighty run from the back of the pack but just ran out of room, finishing in 3rd place.
The U.S. bred horse would've lost no admirers with this effort.
