Greyhound tipping ace's memory finds value for punters

Delivering value to greyhound punters isn't as easy as gun tipster Clint from all-greyhounds.com makes it look. Having amassed an amazing 42% profit from 281 long shot greyhound racing tips and a 90% win strike rate from his 20 short priced "cannot lose" tips, there is no doubt that this tipster knows how to make punters money.

When we asked Clint about his winning ways we expected him to talk about a sophisticated computer system with a team of race reviewers entering data. Incredibly, Clint reviews every Australian greyhound race meeting himself and the sophisticated computer system resides solely in his head.

Having an interest in greyhounds as a child when he road with his grandfather who transported greyhounds across the country, it was only eight years ago that he started focusing on the betting side of the sport. Now a days when he is not advising companies on how to run their business he is reviewing race after race and committing each greyhounds performance to memory.

How does he pick them?

Clint is a self-confessed walking computer storage facility with an ability to recall any Australian greyhound's last 5 runs including which box it jumped from at a drop of a hat. Recently he proved this talent to a non-believer at Crown Casino asking him to pick any greyhound he could think of. Clint fired back the greyhound's form in seconds of the sceptic sounding it's name.

Clint uses his amazing retention of greyhound form in conjunction with speed maps to assess each greyhound's chance of winning. He then looks for value - where the price on offer is greater than the greyhound's chance of winning. The biggest opportunities reside in those races where their is a short priced favourite which is driven by punters who like to follow the leader. Clint refers to this as the "sheep factor of punters".

Any advice on ....

Tracks?

Clint is not too deterred by tracks as the punter can get there head around them ok these days with speed maps. He prefers track that give each dog a fair chance of winning. For example he is not of fan of Casino which tends to favour front runners.

Staking?

Recently starting to work with various staking strategies, Clint states that his clients are having good success with a progressive system and a rigid bankroll approach. At the end of the day, he says, a solid strike rate is the key ingredient to any successful staking strategy.

When asked why punt on greyhounds rather than the gallops or harness racing he sited the lack of human intervention as the key.

Dogs are mad chasers and therefore their form is easy to work out, especially at the top level. In horse and harness racing you have to work out the horses ability and whether or not the jockey/driver is smart enough to not massacre it in the run.

Clint suggests punters who do not have time to analyse the form, should pay special attention to a greyhound's best performance regardless of how their recent form looks. Invariably the greyhound will match it's best effort again, providing a nice pay day for punters when it happens. Alternatively subscribe to Clint's value tips or short price certainties so you know as soon as his tips are posted.
