Melbourne local David Gately proved his versatiltiy once again last week, finding his followers more profit in Sydney.

Race 1: #5 Adana (Low)

Not the ideal start to the day's proceedings.

Adana finished 7th.

 

Race 2: #2 Taniko (Medium)

Taniko also put in a disappointing run, and also finished 7th.

 

Race 3: #3 Onemore Sapphire (Medium)

Unfortunately there's no prizes for tipping a horse to finish in 7th place.

This was the third of Gator's tips to come in in 7th spot.

 

Race 4: #4 Alizee (High)

This was the first of Gator's three winners at Rosehill on Saturday.

And the great news was that it coincided with Gator's "High" staking suggestion.

This made up for the fact that Alizee only paid $1.40.

 

Race 5: #2 Dawn Passage (Low)

Gator made it two from two when Dawn Passage got the win in a quality field.

The Waterhouse and Bott runner made a long run from the tail of the field to get the job done.

He paid $4.30.

 

Race 6: #2 All Too Soon (Medium)

You wouldn't believe it.

All Too Soon finished 7th.

 

Race 7: #6 Costello (High)

This David Payne runner thankfully didn't finish 7th.

He was one better in 6th.

 

Race 8: #9 Dawn Dawn (Medium)

Dawn Dawn ran a ripping race, but could only manage 2nd.

Although at $2.20 for a place, some punters would've bet each-way here.

 

Race 9: #2 The Avenger (Medium)

Gator was relying on the "Get Out Stakes" to get him and his followers out of a spot of bother.

Thankfully, it did just that, with his selection The Avenger getting home at $3.90 odds.

It was an even better story if you got on early when Gator did.

That's because he tipped this horse at the $5 mark.
