The Champagne Stakes is the feature mile race for two-year-old's and completes the final leg of the 2YO Triple Crown.
Traditionally, the strongest form-line for the Champagne Stakes comes from the second-leg of the Triple Crown, the Sires Produce.
This year's edition is no different, with the Sires runner-up Loving Gaby, listed as the one to beat.
Second-favourite, Castelvecchio, should relish the step-up in distance and looks a genuine threat to the short-priced favourite.

Loving Gaby is the only runner who has been met with early support. She's been well backed from $2.80 into $2.35.
Key Runners
#1 Catelvecchio $3.60
Got too far out of his ground in the Sires, but came storming home to run third with the fastest closing sectionals of the race.
Is clearly suited stepping up in distance and is likely to relish stretching out to the mile.
The draw in barrier four is perfect and will allow Josh Parr the ability to sit one or two pairs further forward in the run.
He's been set for this race and is ready to produce a career best performance. Yes!
#2 Power Scheme $10.00
Impressed in last week's Fernhill, with a strong win after being caught wide.
He's now proven over the 1600m and has drawn a better barrier here.
If he handles the short back-up, he'll be very competitive.
#4 Fortress Command $8.50
Won two in a row before bumping into Bellevue Hill and Strasbourg.
The former went on to disappoint in the Sires, which leaves big doubts on the form.
Getting back on the dry helps, however he appears to be below Group One standard.
Looks unders at the $8.50 fixed odds. No thanks!
#9 Loving Gaby $2.80>$2.35
Ran a huge race in the Golden Slipper and backed that up with another huge run in the Sires.
Her late sectionals in the Sires were very good and the step-up to 1600m looks a positive.
She has drawn perfectly and will be fighting out the finish.
#10 Lady Lupino $7.00
Led all the way to win over 1400m at Sandown last start and is sure to be leading them up here.
She couldn't keep up with Cheer Leader two starts back, finishing 7.45-lengths last.
Cheer Leader failed to impress last Saturday after being sent out a well backed favourite.
Her form is questionable and at the $7, she looks well under the odds.
#11 Crystal Falls $13.00
Was given little hope of finishing strongly in the Sires, when ridden on the inferior ground the entire length of the straight.
Should relish the step-up to 1600m and comes into this through some strong form-lines.
Her second to Kiamichi suggests she's well up to these.
Looks well over the odds and is a genuine contender.
