Deano shows the value of staking

 AAP

Deane Lester well and truly made his mark at Moonee Valley last weekend, proving that he's come back better than ever from the spelling yard.

He kicked off the weekend in flying fashion on Friday night, steering punters who followed his staking plan into a bumper profit.

His four selections on Manikato Stakes night produced three winners from as many races, in what was a clinical display of tipping.

The Melbourne form guru marked two of these winners with a high staking bet. Considering one of them was Ruuca in race one paying $4.10, it was raining profits early for punters.

Not satisfied with his work yet, Lester then turned his attention to Cox Plate day.

Again, he demonstrated the value of following his staking plan after two of the three selections he marked with a high stake saluted.

This included the winner of the Group One spectacle, Lys Gracieux.

In a sign that Deane's eye is as sharp as ever, 12 of the 14 selections contained in his staking plan over the two day carnival finished in the top three.

Punters who followed the staking plan exclusive to theGreatTipOff.com yielded a thumping 60% POT.

If you would like to get your hands Lester's premium Saturday package including his staking plan, you can do that here.

His form couldn't have come at a better time of the year.

With Derby Day and the Melbourne Cup carnival now in punter's sights, plenty of punters will be sure to get stuck into Deane's tips.

Deane Lester's horse racing tips review 26th October 2019 (Moonee Valley):

Race 4: #3 Villami (High) and #4 Niccovi (Low)

It was an unlucky start to the day for Deane.

His two selections looked set to quinella the race when Broadwayandfourth got an inside run and spoiled the party.

Deane' two picks ran 2nd and 3rd.

Race 6: #1 Battenburg (Low) and #3 Serious Liason (Low)

In the Moonee Valley Vase, these tips didn't fare quite as well.

While Serious Liason found a place, it was Soul Patch who blew them away.

Good thing that these were low-staked bets.

Race 7: #4 Downdraft (Medium) and #6 Mr Quickie (Low)

Another agonzing result for Deane's followers.

His two tips came second and third, mirroring the result from Race 4.

Race 8: #10 Sikandarabad (Low)

This horse is proving to be poison for punters who keep coming back for more.

Sikandarabad again ran a solid race but it wasn't enough to get the win.

Race 9: #9 Lys Gracieux (High) and Castelvecchio (Low)

If you wanted proof that Deane performs in the big races, look no further.

In the Cox Plate, his best bet Lys Gracieux flew home to get the better of Castelvecchio.

The winner paid a decent $2.60 after it was crunched in the lead-up to the race.

If you played a quinella, it paid a handy $11.30.

What a result.

Race 10: #5 Amangiri (High)

But Deane wasn't done there.

In the final race on the card, he steered his followers into Amangiri.

This fav won tough, and paid $2.50 on starting price.
